I was mind blown by the new things I learned through this masterclass. It feels like a crash course to self improvement. Each module is so filled with wisdom that the 2.5 hours of content would take you days or even weeks to fully absorb. My favorite lessons were the ones about standards and boundaries, your inner child, and forgiveness. I also find the one about having an “anchor” very interesting. I’m excited to go through all the engaging journal prompts and I know I would not come out the same after doing all of them.
