What should have led to my
breakdown did not break me.
They led to my breakthroughs.

Hey, hey! I’m Leila

01 — Who is Leila?

I am a no-B.S. life and business mentor for soul-led, badass, ambitious women who waltz to the beat of their own drum. I help them magnetise success with ease so that they can inspire, impact others, make money, and change the world without feeling disempowered or stuck. My books, courses, and 1:1 coaching are proven to be transformative, backed up by testimonials, awards, and my own experiences.

02 — My Message: Life is Today!

You have power over your life and your destiny. Your life is not defined by your past nor is it in idle dreaming of the future. Life is what happens right here, right now. It does not happen to you, it happens for you. Life is today, so follow your heart it knows the way!

03 — My Vision

I envision a world where women have the freedom and confidence to manifest her true potential. My goal is to help a million women to manifest a million dreams

04 — My Mission

I challenge women to liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and the invisible glass ceiling and empower them to magnetise their dreams and make their unique impact on the world

I’m happy because I’ve dealt with my shit.

I understood wealth when I was surrounded by poverty.

I know what love is because I’ve learned what it’s not.

Dare to rewrite your story. Wake the phoenix within.

My Phoenix Story

Transformation. Metamorphosis. Hero’s journey. It goes by a lot of names. I call it my Phoenix Story.

I was born in an inner city, disadvantaged and area marred by violence and poverty and through grit and determination and manifestation, I worked at Harrods, was headhunted to work for a multi-million pound company in corporate London, at Canary Wharf (this was a dream come true as I watched CW be built and promised myself I would work there one day. I made £1.5milion sales in 18 months. I then left that job to become a teaching assistant in the area I grew up at £9000 salary. Then I trained as a teacher of French and within a few years because Assistant Headteacher. I then sidestepped my vocation so that I could help women to follow her heart and express her highest potential in all areas.

At ten, I experienced sexual abuse from four different people. I was told not to speak of it. Now, at 40, I am a public speaker and life coach, offering help to people who’ve gone through the same experience.

At 12, I attempted to end my life. I had an epiphany and I vowed to be happy and successful instead. “I’m still alive. I don’t want to just be alive. I want to FEEL alive,” I said. I am now living the life that that 12-year-old girl deserved.

I grew up in a deprived area of London and was unconsciously surrounded by limiting beliefs about scarcity, lack, and unworthiness. Now I teach ambitious women how to attract real wealth and success.

When saying “NO” was met with violence, I stood up and advocated for myself, even when it meant putting myself in the line of fire. I want women to be allowed to say “no,” to be able to make their own decisions, and to unapologetically be herself.

I was told to live small and to be under the radar but I was not made to keep my light in. I published books, spoken to thousands of people on stage, and impacted hundreds more through coaching. “I don’t want to just be alive. I want to FEEL alive.” After 28 years, those words are still true.

I have left relationships cold turkey, got married, divorced, been in amazing relationships, spoken from my heart, ignored the naysayers, taken massive leaps of faith, made extraordinary decisions to protect myself and so much more.

You see, the very things that should have led to my breakdown did not break me. They led to my breakthroughs. This has been the recurring theme of my hero’s journey. This is my phoenix story.

Giving Back

I have always had a generous, kind and loving spirit. The last thing I want to see is someone in pain, struggling or feeling powerless. I’ve personally experienced much hardship and along the way, I’ve always been blessed with Angels in disguise who have helped me, without a second thought. I love to bring my adventurous spirit out and do challenges for charity. The challenges push me out of my comfort zone, and in turn support those we are helping through fundraising. My current adventure is climbing Mt Kilimanjaro with Human Appeal – A UK based charity on the ground in Lebanon, Gaza, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Iraq, Myanmar, the United Kingdom and many there places.

In June 2021, I will be embarking on climbing Mt Kilimanjaro with 20 or so other adventurers. The trek will take us 7 days, ascending to the top of this incredible mountain. I am half way through to my £5000 target to provide water, food parcels, winter clothing, shelter, medical assistance to those in need. The best thing is the donations are immediately distributed to the teams on the ground.
