Maybe it’s been easy to forget lately
Maybe you’ve been distracted by external noise
Maybe it’s not been your focus..
It’s always the little moments that make the biggest difference:
The smile across the room
The gesture of kindness that lightened the load
The encouragement that ‘you’ve got this’
The reminder of who you really are and what you’re really capable of…
Look in the mirror with a smile and
Remind yourself of how far you’ve come
Your journey matters.
Looking up when things where tough
Looking across in deep gratitude all the way through
Seeking the wisdom, the lessons, the relief and peace of mind,
It all adds up
Counting your blessings adds up
Celebrating your wins adds up
Believing your dreams are manifesting adds up
Knowing that your success is inevitable adds up.
And it doesn’t matter who can or can’t see what’s in your heart
Be sure you count the blessings that only you can see
Grateful with deep presence
Excited for what’s to come
You know it all adds up
For me, anchoring back into gratitude daily is the game-changer. When something feels off kilter, I check in and think about how present I’ve been versus distracted by external noise. I check in and remind myself of all that I have in the present and the magic that I’m manifesting that’s on the way. Appreciating this moment, eager and excited for what’s to unfold. It all adds up 
Remember, life is today so follow your heart it knows the way. Leila x
