Flow and control can’t exist in the same place #leilaswisevibes
As I was replying back to a comment yesterday these words came through and I felt the power behind them. Flow and control can’t exist in the same place.
You know that flow state of creativity when you’re literally flowing from one divine idea to the next: Maybe writing a blog, drawing, speaking on a livestream, sharing from your heart with friends. It feels like magic!
The magic in that moment is from being so in that moment: Present. Focused. Alive.
Here in the now.
Trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it’s meant to. Blind faith that there is nothing you need to do to change the situation.
In the flow moment you always know what to do next, not because you decided but because IT unfolded. Controlling someone or something has nothing on divine flow! Doesn’t control just feel tight, restrictive, un-magical (erm..is that even a word?!).
A few months ago, I was hanging out with some friends at a coffee shop. One of my friends gasped & said this butterfly came behind me and round to my hip…I looked down & saw this beautiful peacock butterfly.
We were in awe, mesmerized by this stunning creature with colours so vivid.
I could have made it fly away. Instead I decided to do what I always do…flow. Not control. I let it be.
And it decided to be on my hips & chest for nearly 2 hours! I’m sure it said ‘I ain’t going anywhere!’
Where my friends and I would normally talk about metaphysics, planetary alignments, mercury retrograde, star signs, our natal charts, dreams & business, our latest successes etc that was not going to happen that day!
Instead for nearly two hours we were literally absorbed in the present moment: flowing and letting everything unfold as it was meant to.
Every moment is magic when you let it be! After all, the only we can control is our own response to anything/anyone external.
